The hotel is in an ideal area, perfectly situated on the boardwalk right by the beach and very close to downtown. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. However, there was an issue with finding my reservation, and some staff members were rude. On the positive side, housekeeping was exceptional and thorough.

The rooms offer a balcony with a view, but I encountered issues with my reservation as the staff couldn't find it and were quite rude. However, housekeeping was excellent.
