The hotel is in an ideal area, perfectly situated on the boardwalk right by the beach and very close to downtown. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. However, there was an issue with finding my reservation, and some staff members were rude. On the positive side, housekeeping was exceptional and thorough.

The hotel is ideally located right on the beach, super close to the ocean, and within proximity to everything you need. The rooms offer a balcony with a view, but I encountered issues with my reservation as the staff couldn't find it and were quite rude. However, housekeeping was excellent. The dining options were limited to small meals, but the facilities were good. Overall, a convenient spot but with some service hiccups.
